Quantum Australia – a national centre for quantum industry growth – coordinated the 2025 Quantum Australia Conference, held in Brisbane from 25–27 March 2025. Now in its fourth year, Australia’s premier quantum event served as an annual showcase of innovation, talent, and connection. This year’s conference was hosted for the first time by the Queensland node of Quantum Australia.

The conference brought together nearly 700 local and international attendees, including world-leading quantum researchers, businesses, government decision-makers, startups, and big tech, to share the latest developments and ideas in this rapidly evolving field.

The 2025 theme, The Translation of Quantum, focused on how current and future industries could leverage the power of quantum.

The program featured a mix of engaging formats, including:

  • Content blocks: Each included 3–4 sessions with a blend of presentations, conversations, and interactive discussions.
  • Workshops: These provided in-depth exploration of key conference themes.
  • Exhibition and Careers Fair: Attendees connected with leading organisations and explored exciting career opportunities in the quantum field.
