Connect Your Students to the Quantum Future

Step inside Australia’s emerging quantum ecosystem and discover how to bring this exciting field into your classroom or career conversations. Many students aren’t yet aware of the career opportunities emerging in quantum technologies, an industry set to create thousands of Australian jobs over the next decade. Teachers and career advisers play a vital role in helping students explore these possibilities. EduQuantum gives educators hands-on experiences, and insights to inspire students and connect them with future careers.

As the world marks the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, there’s never been a better time to explore how quantum innovation is reshaping Australia’s future workforce.

We invite all NSW high school teachers as well as career advisors, to a special one-day event at CSIRO Lindfield — home to some of Australia’s most advanced research facilities.

  • When: Monday 24 November
  • Time: 9:00 am–3:30 pm (morning tea & lunch provided). Followed by optional networking
  • Where: CSIRO, 36 Bradfield Rd, West Lindfield, 2070 — on site free parking available, plus free transfers from Lindfield Station
  • Who: NSW High school STEM, TAS, and Mathematics teachers, plus career advisors
  • Cost: Free — register by 7 November (limited spots)
