Quantum Future Talent Careers Fair: Building the Workforce for the Quantum Economy

Join Quantum Future Talent (QFT) – Australia's largest quantum careers fair for students, researchers and early-career talent – to discover the in-demand skills, opportunities and connections for building a career in Australia’s rapidly growing quantum ecosystem.

About the Event

Presented by Sydney Quantum Academy as the official Quantum Talent Partner of the Quantum Australia 2027 Conference, QFT brings together emerging talent, educators, employers and industry representatives to explore the roles, skills and opportunities shaping Australia’s quantum sector.

Whether your background is in physics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or another relevant discipline, QFT is an opportunity to discover how your skills and experience could apply to a wide variety of roles emerging in quantum technology.

Hear from people working across quantum research and industry through career-focused panel discussions and spotlight sessions. Learn about the skills employers value, explore different career pathways, and connect directly with organisations and people working in the sector.

Your free QFT registration also includes access to the Quantum Australia 2027 conference exhibition floor, where you can connect with 50+ local and international quantum companies and research organisations.

Whether you're considering further study, planning your next career move or wondering how your existing skills could transfer to quantum technology, QFT offers a practical starting point to understand the opportunities ahead, and meet the people shaping the sector’s future.

Registration is free but essential.

Additional program details, speakers and participating organisations will be announced closer to the event.
