Under the Hood: Australia's CSIRO

Join Quantum Women’s Dr Amanda Seedhouse and Biliana Rajević on Thursday 23 May 2024 as they take a deep dive into CSIRO, Australia's national science agency.

They will be talking to Dr Amena Khatun, Research Fellow at CSIRO’s Data61; Dr Katja Digweed, Research Director of the Manufacturing Business Unit at CSIRO; and Dr Liam Hall, Principal Research Scientist and Science Leader/Team Leader in Quantum Biotechnology at CSIRO. Held virtually via Zoom.

The speakers will offer a peek into their personal career journeys, discuss various roles and responsibilities within the company and the variety of backgrounds they're looking for when they hire into their teams. After the panel discussion, attendees are invited to participate in a dedicated Q&A session with the speakers. CSIRO recruits inventors, innovations, and change makers from all over the world.
